We minimize the scope of the personal data we process to be sufficient to meet the quality of the services you expect us to meet legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests. We process the personal data of our clients as well as the personal data of our potential clients who have given us their consent. We process the following categories of personal information:
 
Basic data, such as your name and surname, address of residence, date of birth and age, or company ID, if you are an entrepreneur - natural person.
Contact information, which is your e-mail, phone number or contact address.
Information about the services you have purchased or are considering purchasing. Information on using our newsletter and so on.
Records of e-mail communication or other communication with you in electronic or written form.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
 
We process your personal data to deliver our services. This activity includes especially receipt and processing of orders and applications, issuing of invoices and tax documents, records of payments, etc.
 
For proper fulfillment of all legal obligations we process personal data also for the purposes of bookkeeping, registry administration or fulfillment of other legal obligations. In some cases, personal data may also need to be processed for litigation and extrajudicial debt recovery.

If your personal data is processed by consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on the consent granted prior to its revocation.
You have the right to restrict processing, if you wish, we will only process the data for the most necessary legal reasons or not at all.
You have the right to object to automated individual decision-making if you find or believe that such processing is unlawful or contrary to your rights.
